International Procurement Staff (IP-S)

Responsibilities:
-The incumbent of this position is responsible for the systematic execution of procedures for the timely and cost effective international sourcing, procurement and purchasing of all equipment, materials and services required for the corporate project.

Requirements:
-A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Engineering background.
-Male/Female and not older than 35 years old.
-Minimum 4-5 years progressive experience in sourcing, procurement and purchasing activities preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.
-To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the export-import, logistics, custom laws and regulations.
-Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning, Enterprise Resources Planning as well as Chinese language would be an advantage.
-Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills as well as self driven, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
-Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
-Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan.
